Green Low-Carbon Factory Practice

Comprehensive Use of Green Electricity Power

2022-2023: 20% green electricity power usage ratio

2024: 50% green electricity power usage ratio

2025 onwards: 100% green electricity power usage

In 2024, the company's electricity consumption was approximately 1.23 million kWh. Based on this benchmark, full adoption of green power can reduce carbon emissions by about 710.57 tons of CO₂ annually. This is equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorbed by approximately 19,000 mature trees in one year, equivalent to reducing the annual exhaust emissions of about 355 vehicles, and equivalent to saving approximately 215 tons of standard coal.

Gradual Greening and Electrification of Transportation Equipment

The company plans to replace and gradually phase out internal fuel-powered transportation equipment, fully adopting automatic electric tractors and electric forklifts by the end of 2026. This will save at least 4,000 liters of diesel consumption annually, reducing approximately 10.68 tons of CO₂ equivalent emissions, equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorbed by about 300 mature trees in one year.

Optimize Internal Management and Mobilize Employee Participation in Green Factory Construction

Classified and centralized treatment of solid waste emissions (including plastic, raw material waste, food residues, etc.), with a 100% collection rate of hazardous solid waste
Except for production process requirements, achieve 100% paperless office in daily operations in 2028
Replace with energy-saving equipment, use voice-activated lights, energy-saving lamps, etc., control air conditioning temperature, reducing daily energy consumption by approximately 1% annually
Lean management, reducing raw material loss rate and defective products rate by 2% year by year

Green Procurement and Green Transportation

100% of raw material procurement from large steel mills with green factory and green emission certifications
Encourage processing suppliers to purchase green power for production and use green transportation for manufacturing
Encourage employees to purchase pure electric, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid vehicles when replacing cars to reduce commuting emissions
Priority adoption of logistics suppliers using green electric vehicles, with 100% of logistics suppliers equipped with green electric trucks by 2030
